Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Executive to promote MyERPS, a smart ERP solution designed for SMEs and enterprise businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting sales through strategic marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote MyERPS ERP solutions
Manage digital marketing channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, Email Campaigns)
Generate and nurture leads for the sales team
Create engaging content (website, social media, blogs, case studies)
Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeting SMEs and enterprise clients
Manage LinkedIn company page and run sponsored campaigns
Coordinate with sales team for lead follow-ups and campaign alignment
Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Support branding initiatives and product positioning
Requirements
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in IT/ERP industry)
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
Experience with LinkedIn marketing and B2B lead generation
Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems is a plus
Excellent communication and content creation skills
Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and performance
